Shipping Policy
Pre-made hoodies ship within 5-7 days of order placement.
Midweight and Custom hoodies are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to make and ship out.
*During Drops, Special promotions, Black Friday Period and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
For international orders, shipping fees, including duties, taxes, and brokerage charges, are the recipient's (customer's) responsibility. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order because fees were not paid and the order is sent back to us you will be refunded for the cost of the returned hoodie only and not any shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sendr! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Standard Orders

Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Original shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total you are issued when your items are received back by us.

Returns are subject to a $5.00 fee, this will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges are subject to a $5.00 fee. This will need to be paid in order to process the exchange. A request for the exchange fee will come in an email.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage as an attachment.
Custom Orders

No Returns or Exchanges: All custom, one of one or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our size charts to ensure the proper fit.
Mystery Products

Mystery items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Defect Hoodies
- All defective hoodies are sold as is and are considered final sale, they are not eligible for exchange or return.
Special Promotional Items

No Returns or Exchanges if a hoodie is part of a “giveaway” promotion or any other special promotion offered by Sendr.
International Orders

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders outside of the U.S.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange for eligible items, please contact us at customerservice@sendrbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
Additional Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so we recommend using the provided shipping label and maintaining a copy of the shipping receipt until your return is complete.
